F&M Publishing, LLC, a Veteran owned company, is the publisher of the Business Resource Guide and the newly created My ABQ Guide, which is a true Relocation/Newcomer publication. The Business Resource Guide is designed to be the most comprehensive business resource publication for all new and established businesses throughout the area. This business publication is also helpful to any business or individual wishing to relocate or incorporate in Albuquerque Metro, New Mexico.

The Business Resource Guide of Albuquerque Metro covers Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Corrales, Los Lunas and Belén.

F&M Publishing, LLC began as a joint concept between two experienced publishing professionals, Bob Farrell and Jason Mayer, whose total experiences add up to more than 26 years in the publishing industry. After years of publishing Chamber of Commerce Relocation Guides, Chamber of Commerce Directories, and Military Relocation Guides/Phone Directories, the Business Resource Guide was created to reach and benefit all businesses. The publication is not limited to any memberships for advertising or distribution and has a wider distribution at a lower cost than other publications.

Our Mission: To provide the highest quality, high-distribution business publication to businesses and professionals, while making it the most thorough business directory and resource guide available, at a cost that is achievable for all businesses.

About the Team

Bob Farrell is the Publisher of the Business Resource Guide. He has over 12 years of experience in the Publishing industry. Prior to Bob and Jason forming F&M Publishing, LLC in 2007, Bob was the Vice President/Publisher at MARCOA Publishing and was responsible for numerous publications and areas, including Las Vegas, NV Chamber of Commerce Directories, Military Relocation Guides in Nevada, Arizona, Montana, & California. He has a B.A. in Business & Marketing. Bob is a United States Air Force Veteran. Bob is also an accomplished musician/songwriter and had a successful career in music in the 80′s-mid 90′s in Nashville, Tennessee. Bob moved from Las Vegas, Nevada and relocated himself, his two dogs, and the company headquarters to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2010.

Jason Mayer is the Associate Publisher of the Business Resource Guide. Jason has over 14 years of experience in the Publishing industry. Jason was the Vice President of Publications for MARCOA Publishing based in San Diego, California. He was in charge of over 200 annual publishing projects nationally. Jason has a B.S. in Business & Management. He is also an expert at government contracts. Jason is a United States Marine Corp Veteran and served as a Combat Correspondent in the USMC covering stories throught the US and abroad.

Kathy Bomze is the Director of Business Development. This St. Louis native holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Kansas and her work experience includes over 20 years of advertising and sales experience. She has Senior Sales and Account Management and Advertising Agency background in both Texas and New Mexico. Kathy moved to Albuquerque from San Antonio in 2007 with her cat, Nikolai, and joined the team early in 2011. She is an avid cyclist, often entering 100+ mile rides. She demonstrates the same level of determination & focus to her customers that she applies to cycling.

Raymond Falvey is the Creative Director. Ray was the Creative Director for MARCOA Publishing until 2008. As a key part of the team since since the beginning,  Ray has been instrumental in the professional layout and design of the publication. He is skilled in photography, graphics design, and one of the best creative thinkers we’ve met.

Edward Gehlert is the Editorial Manager. Edward was in charge of editorial in many publications for MARCOA Publishing. He has been involved with the publishing industry for 12 years. In addition to numerous published articles, he has written more than 25 books that have included military base guides and business guides.

 Brenden Pyper is our Graphic Artist Intern. Brenden has been going to ITT Tech since November 2011, and has worked with designer advertisements since he graduated high school in 2009. “Creative advertisement and helping out with any kind of ad is the one thing I’ve always been good at doing.  Anything based around computers and photoshop I look at as a loving hobby of my own.”
